If you have books you’d like to get rid of, you can donate them to the library! Some books may make it into the collection, but most donated books go to the Recycled Reads Book Sale, which takes place on the last Saturday of the month from 9am to 1pm at our book sale facility 13505 Hooper Road.
Proceeds of the sale go to the Patrons of the Public Library, the Library’s friends group. The Patrons of the Public Library help in funding children’s programming during the summer and throughout the year, such as the Author/Illustrator Program and other programs designed for the community.
You can drop books off at any library branch, but if you have a large number to donate please call ahead. Please no moldy or generally funky books. We really appreciate your donations and come along to Recycled Reads to pick up some great bargains!
